“Humerus (Upper Arm Bone)”  

Humerus

  In our body's arms (upper arms), the pair of Humerus (Upper Arm Bones) are a long bone in each arm that runs from the shoulder to the elbow, and connects the scapula bone (shoulder blade) to the the lower arm (consisting of the radius bone and ulna bone (elbow bone), and consists of three sections.
  In our body, the Humerus Bone connects to the shoulder via the shoulder joint and to the forearm (lower arm) via the elbow joint (radiohumeroulnar joint). **

“Antebrachial Region (Forearm)”  

Forearm (Lower Arm)

  In our body's upper extremity, the Antebrachial Region (Lower Arm) encompassing the Forearm is a paired structure on the distal region of the upper limb, situated between the elbow and the wrist.

Forearm

  In our body, the Forearm (Lower Arm) axis of rotation is constant and independent of elbow flexion or extension, running from the center of the radial head to the center of the distal ulna, with all of the interosseous membrane fibers crossing the axis of rotation near their distal insertion into bone.
  In our body, the Forearm connects to the arm (upper arm) via the elbow joint (radiohumeroulnar joint) and to the hand via the wrist. **

“Carpal Bones (Wrist Bones)”  

Carpal Bone

  In our body, the Carpal Bones (Wrist Bones) of each hand form a cluster of eight bones of the wrist, which are not associated to any individual fingers, arranged in two rows between the paired radius bone and ulna bone (elbow bone) and the finger associted metacarpal bones (metacarpus).

Carpal Bones

  In our body, the Carpal Bones (Wrist Bones) are the bones associated with the wrists and the wrist joints (radiocarpal joints).

In our body, the eight Carpal Bones (Wrist Bones) are: scaphoid bone, lunate bone, triquetrum bone (triquetral bone), pisiform bone, trapezium bone, trapezoid, capitate bone, and hamate bone.

Carpals

  In our body, the Carpal Bones articulate (come together to form a joint) proximally (on their near ends) with the long bones of the forearm � the radius bone and, indirectly, with the ulna bone (elbow bone) � and distally (on their far ends) with the five metacarpus (metacarpal bones) that make up the palm.

In our body, the Carpal Bones (Carpals) that are in the proximal (near) row are called the radial, intermediate, ulnar, and accessory bones, while those of the distal (far) row are termed the first, second, third, and fourth carpal bones. **

“Phalanges of the Hand (Finger Bones)”  [14 Bones] 

Hand Phalanges

  In our body's hands, the Hand Phalanges (Finger Bones) are a paired organ of the hands, there are fourteen long bones in number, three phalanx bones for each finger, and two for each thumb.
  In our body's hand, the finger phalanges (finger bones) do not have individual names, each finger phalanx is named for the digit (finger) represented and the relative location from the center of the body (proximal or distal).

• Proximal finger phalanges are the closest to the main part of the hand which articulates with the metacarpals of the hand.
• Intermediate phalanges (Middle phalanges) are between the distal and proximal phalanges. The thumb (pollex) does not have a middle phalanx.
• Distal phalanges are at the tips of the fingers.
